Discover new cities and small towns along your Glacial Hills Scenic Byway adventure! The Glacial Hills region of northeastern Kansas is where history meets scenic beauty. The communities of Atchison, Highland, Leavenworth, Troy, and White Cloud are home to natural wonders and some of the State's best-known attractions, such as the Amelia Earhart Birthplace Museum and the self-guided tour around old Fort Leavenworth. White Cloud is home to the classic four-state-lookout. The city of Highland has great food at the Kirkwood & Co Table & Tap. History buffs will love the city of Troy's Lewis and Clark Commemorative Marker.
