REGISTER/RENEW YOUR BUSINESS

Please complete ALL information as required by Kansas Statute 32-1430-1438a, the Agritourism Promotion Act. Incomplete forms will not be accepted.

Note: if you receive an error during the application, contact the Agritourism Manager, Kelsey Wendling, at (785) 230-4299 or kelsey.wendling@ks.gov for assistance. The application process can take up to 6-8 weeks if you have not received your registration certificate within 8 weeks of submitting your form please reach out. 

To qualify for the program, you must provide some type of visitor activity or experience directly related to agriculture or farm life. You must also currently market these experiences on a website and/or social media page so that visitors are aware of the opportunities they can experience in Kansas! The Agritourism Program is a non-regulatory program that provides benefits to producers such as marketing, limited liability protection, as well as access to numerous resources.

Registering as a Kansas Agritourism Business does not supersede any required local permits or ordinances. Kansas Tourism is a registering agent only for the Kansas Agritourism Promotion Act K.S.A. 32-1432 through K.S.A. 32-1438a.
