Osborne is the county chair of Osborne County, located in the north-central region of the state. The city is a very proud community that embraces the surrounding land that is used for agriculture. You can enjoy the atmosphere of the nearby farms at places like the North 40 Alpacas! This destination lets you get up close and personal with alpacas and offers a retail store on the property that sells coats, hats, socks, blankets, rugs, and more!

Visitors also love shopping at the Poppy & Merigold store and the Osborne County Farmers' Market, which has great local produce! For the hunters and outdoorsman, you'll find solace at High Plains Hunting. There are also numerous places to enjoy great food! The Rumor Mill, Full Circle, and The Hideout Coffeehouse are just to name a few!  For the history buffs out there, you'll love the Osborne County Genealogical & Historical Society and the B-24 Bomber Crash Memorial.
