Burlingame is a city in Osage County just off I-335 between Emporia and Topeka. The city is on the outskirts of the Flint Hills region and only 10 miles north of the accompanying Flint Hills Trail State Park, which passes through Osage City. Visitors can enjoy the history of Burlingame at the Burlingame Schuyler Museum. Reminisce the past down the brick main street that was made wide enough for oxen wagons to make full U-turns!
