Flush Picnic Coleslaw
- 3/4 gallon Miracle Whip salad dressing
- 6 cups sugar
- 2 cups vinegar
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 1 cup onion flakes (reconstituted)
- 1 cup green pepper flakes (reconstituted)
- 2 pounds carrots
- 25 pounds shredded cabbage
Mix together first seven ingredients in a large (5 gallon) bucket. Let stand until sugar is dissolved. Put cabbage and carrots into the bucket. Add dressing proportionately.
