1 pkg (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 cups flour
Dash of Salt
1 Cup butter
1 can (4 ½ oz) deviled ham
2 eggs, beaten
½ cup milk
½ cup grated Cheddar Cheese
2 tablespoons mushrooms, finely chopped
1 teaspoon melted butter
1 teaspoon dry mustard
2 small onions, minced
2 small onions, minced
Dash of nutmeg
White pepper
Combine cream cheese, flour, salt and butter. Make into walnut sized balls. Press into small muffin pans. Place a small amount of deviled ham in bottom of each quiche. Combine remaining ingredients and add 1 ½ teaspoon to each quiche. Bake at 450 degree for 10 minutes, then 350 degree for 10 minutes. Serves 10.
